MY ORDER
When you place an order on our website & complete checkout, you will recieve a confirmation email from us, within a coulpe of minutes.
If you do not recieve any confirmation email, please login to your Camsea user on our website & check your order history. Here you can see all orders you have placed. As well as the status of your new order.
You can view all of your previous orders on your Camsea profile, under your order history. You also recieve confirmation emails, after each purchase.
Shipping
All shipping details will be calculated in checkout, according to your individual information and selections. You will be notified of both price & expected timeframe for shipment in checkout, before you confirm the payment.
We ship within 48h of purchase (creditcard verifycation time). As soon as your payment has checked out, your parcel will be shipped.
Standard shipping to:
DK = 1-2 business days
SV = 1-3 business days
DE = 1-4 business days
FR = 3-5 business days
SP = 3-5 business days
Rest of EU = 1-7 business days.

Our goal is to offer worldwide shipping soon.
Camsea offers tracking on all of our shipments. You will recieve an email with a tracking link, after your order has checked out & been processed.
IF under any circumstances, you have not recieved your parcel. Please start with the following steps, before contacting us.
- Double check that your order has had the funds avaliable to complete checkout.
- Check your tracking link.
- Check out updates recieved from the curreer.
From the moment your parcel has left our warehouse & been picked up for shipment, the courier holds responsibility & information of the parcel, until it reaches our custumors.

& explain in detail, what has happened. Please attach documentation of purchase & shipping details, in your email.
Exchange & Refund
Getting the perfect size on the first go, isn`t always easy. That is why Camsea offer our clients FREE exchange.
In case of you are wishing to exchange product to a different size or colour; please do NOT create a return. Send us an email with your exchange request to care@camseaswimwear.com & we will get back to you asap. with a confirmation of your exchange.
If we do not have the wanted product in stock, in correct size & colour - You will be refunded (following our refund policy) or offered to recieve a discount voucher equivalent to the amount of your order, which you can use on a future order.
If you wish to return any of our items, you must follow our return policy. Camsea has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all 3 tags, and in its original packaging, and all that was included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (You can view your order history on your profile or find it in your confirmation email.) Any returns missing any of the packaging items mentioned above, will be declined. Make sure you dont harm the packaging, when you open it, in case you wish to return it.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Wait at least 14 days after refund approval, to contact us regarding the refund.
