Refunds
If you wish to return any of our items, you must follow our return policy. Camsea has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it. Shipping costs of returns are paid by customer. The refunded amount is excluded shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all 3 tags, and in its original packaging, and all that was included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (You can view your order history on your profile or find it in your confirmation email.) Any returns missing any of the packaging items mentioned above, will be declined. Make sure you dont harm the packaging, when you open it, in case you wish to return it.
The eco-mailer packaging box MUST be unharmed when opening parcel, and be in perfect condition, if wanting to return a package. These boxes are pricey as well as the whole sustainability aspect of our brand, does not support wasting material. The customized cardboard boxes must be as good as new, when we receive your return, as it will be used for another purchase. PLEASE NOTE: The cardboard box should be re-packed with products, when returning.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Wait at least 14 days after refund approval, to contact us regarding the refund.

Exchanges
Getting the right size, does not always happen on the first try. That is why we offer our clients FREE exchange of products. In case of you are wishing to exchange product to a different size or colour; please do NOT create a return. Send us an email with your exchange request to care@camseaswimwear.com & we will get back to you asap. with a confirmation of your exchange. If we do not have the wanted product in stock, in correct size & colour - You will be refunded (following our refund policy) or offered to recieve a discount voucher with the amount of your order, which you can use on a new order, any time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it accordingly.
Faulty products should be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Otherwise the product will be considered as used, by customer and not qualify for a damage-return.
If you correctly report a faulty/damaged product to our customer service team within 24 hours, we will ship new, products in perfect condition within 48 hours of the Camsea team responding to your return/damage request. This of course depends on what we have in stock. If we do not have the specific item in stock, in correct size & colour - You can be refunded for the faulty product, or you can get that amount of money on a giftcard, to use for future purchases on our webshop. This scenario should be very unlikely as our products are made with huge focus on quality production, with minor mistakes.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or products purchased through gift cards/discounts.
We advise all of our customers to read all of our policies before finalizing a purchase.
